Two of my teenage children have been through treatment at The OCD and Anxiety Treatment Centers, and our experience has been absolutely life changing. Each of my kids deals with both anxiety and OCD. Prior to coming to TOATC, we had been through years of talk therapy that, while encouraging, never really got to the root of what we were dealing with and how to manage it. We have seen meaningful and lasting growth, progress, and understanding for each of my children and are so grateful to have found the help and guidance offered here. Through ERP therapy, my kids have gained knowledge and skills that have greatly impacted their lives in positive and empowering ways. I’ve struggled with ocd and ptsd for a long time. I knew exposure and response therapy mixed with dbt skills was the answer to help me. This program is hard, and so rewarding. It’s very individualized treatment which I love. Kj was one of the best therapists I’ve ever had, and several of the staff were really good at there job. I’ve been to several treatment centers and this one was by far the best! I love this program so much, it has given me my life back and helps me live true to my values instead of being a slave to ocd.
This place is the best! I've gone to several treatment centers before, and this one defintely helped me the most. I just graduated yesterday. I've gone from debilitating OCD and anxiety to living a much better life again. I have learned the tools and skills to keep improving and move forward. ERP (exposure response prevention) therapy and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) are practiced every day in treatment. These therapies have made a huge difference in how well I've been able to improve and get better. If you or a loved one suffers from OCD and/or anxiety this is the best treatment center there is. It's worth the price!
Everyone who works here is truly invested in the work, and in helping build a community and place to build the skills necessary to live better lives with OCD, anxiety, etc. I've grown so much being here. The front desk staff and beautiful and kind, the BTechs are well trained and truly care, and the therapists are bar none.

The OCD and Anxiety treatment center doesn't talk you out of your fears, it helps you actively face your fears. Conquering your fears is an effective approach.
If you feel like you might need it, DO IT. It's worth it.
